Arjun alias Bhola, who had been on the run for eight years, was caught by Delhi Police.
He was wanted for a murder in Delhi from 2017, in which he is accused of killing a woman.
He escaped from a Nepal prison during unrest.
After the escape, he tried to enter India and was arrested at the border between Nepal and Bihar.
He was also imprisoned in Nepal for another murder.
