Arcil IPO Opens September 9 in ₹733-Crore Offer
Arcil is a company that helps banks deal with loans and other assets that are difficult to recover.
It is planning to sell shares to the public through an IPO.
People can apply for the IPO from September 9 to September 11.
Each share will cost between ₹132 and ₹139.
Existing shareholders are selling 5.27 crore shares, rather than Arcil issuing new shares.
This means the money raised will go to those shareholders, not to Arcil.
Retail investors must apply for at least 107 shares.
That minimum application would cost ₹14,873 at the highest price.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the BSE and NSE on September 17.
Arcil will accept public bids from September 9 to September 11, after anchor bidding on September 8.
The price band is ₹132-139 per share, valuing the issue at approximately ₹696-733 crore.
The IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale of 5.27 crore existing shares, so Arcil will receive no proceeds.
Avenue India Resurgence, State Bank of India, Lathe Investment and The Federal Bank are selling shareholders.
Retail investors need at least 107 shares, costing ₹14,873 at the upper band; listing is expected on September 17.
