Hyundai Creta Third-Generation: Bold Design and Hybrid Engines
Hyundai is working on a new version of the Creta, a popular SUV.
The new Creta will have a boxier and more upright design, similar to the Kia Seltos.
It will be built on a newer platform that makes it bigger and safer.
The inside will have bigger screens and more advanced features.
It will also have different engine options, including a hybrid one.
The current Creta is very popular in India, but there are many new competitors.
Hyundai might bring the new Creta to India by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
The third-generation Hyundai Creta features a boxier, more upright design with a squarer stance and steeply raked windscreen.
It will be built on the newer K3 platform, offering better structural rigidity, superior crash protection, and more cabin space.
The interior will be refreshed with larger digital displays, advanced connected-car features, and more comprehensive driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
Engine options will include the proven 1.5-litre engine family and a new strong hybrid powertrain.
The new Creta is expected to launch in India in late 2026 or early 2027, following a global debut around 2027.
