YSRCP Names Madhava Rao for Council Deputy Chairman Post

YSRCP Names Madhava Rao for Council Deputy Chairman Post

The state of Andhra Pradesh in India has a special group called the Legislative Council that helps make decisions about laws.

This group needs a helper leader, called the Deputy Chairman, to help run its meetings.

Right now, that job is empty, so nobody is doing it.

A political party called YSRCP wants to fill that job with a person named Thumati Madhava Rao.

The leader of YSRCP is YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who used to be the Chief Minister of the state.

He held a meeting with the party's members at the party office in Tadepalli.

He told all the members to vote for and support Madhava Rao.

He also asked them to work together so that the election goes smoothly.

If Madhava Rao wins, he will become the new Deputy Chairman of the Council.
