Sehore Dairy Raid Seizes 25 Quintals of Analogue Paneer
Officials inspected a dairy in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, late on Wednesday night.
They found and sealed 25 quintals of analogue paneer.
Analogue paneer is a substitute product rather than regular paneer.
The packets did not show the company or dairy name.
Inspectors also found a lot of salt and sugar at the dairy.
The same dairy had already been raided earlier that week.
Officials said production continued despite Madhya Pradesh’s ban on analogue paneer.
Teams also seized other substandard milk products in several districts across the state.
A joint Bhopal Divisional Flying Squad and Sehore FDA team seized 25 quintals of analogue paneer from Rudransh Dairy in Pachama village.
The raid took place late Wednesday night after a complaint about spurious and analogue paneer production in Sehore.
Officials said the packets lacked the company or dairy name, and large quantities of salt and sugar were found.
