BJP, SP Rivals Wrestle To A Draw In Varanasi Dangal

BJP, SP Rivals Wrestle To A Draw In Varanasi Dangal

In Varanasi, a special wrestling competition called a Dangal was held for the Nag Panchami festival.

Nag Panchami is a festival where people worship snakes, and wrestling matches are a traditional part of it in Uttar Pradesh.

This time, something unusual happened: two politicians who were rivals stepped into the wrestling pit.

One belonged to the BJP party and the other to the Samajwadi Party, and they had even run against each other in an election before.

People in the area heard about it and came to watch the two rivals wrestle.

The match lasted about 15 minutes, and the crowd cheered for every move.

In the end, neither wrestler could win, so the match was a draw.

Because there was no winner, the two men had to share the prize money.

For once, a BJP-SP rivalry ended not in a political win or loss, but in a tie on the wrestling mat.
