Jammu Crime Branch Chargesheets Siblings in Alleged Visa Fraud

The Crime Branch in Jammu has filed a chargesheet against two siblings who ran a consultancy.

A man named Jaspal Singh said he paid them Rs 2.30 lakh to help his son get an Australian work visa.

Investigators allege that Poonam Sharma showed him a fake job offer letter.

The letter was said to come from a company in Queensland, Australia.

Officials also said the consultancy's registration had expired in 2015.

They allege it kept working without valid authorisation.

The case includes allegations of cheating, forgery and conspiracy.

The chargesheet has been submitted to a court in Jammu.
