Andhra Pradesh Sees Development Initiatives
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has started important projects to help farmers in the Konaseema area of Andhra Pradesh.
These projects include cleaning and strengthening canals and embankments to fix drainage problems that have been causing trouble for five years.
Pawan Kalyan announced these projects during a virtual event and said that ₹20.62 crore has been set aside for this work.
He also mentioned plans to spend ₹4,000 crore to modernize crop and drainage canals in the East Godavari district.
Additionally, he wants to talk to the central government about setting up a Coconut Board to support local farmers.
Meanwhile, Palnadu district collector Krithika Shukla announced significant development plans for Palnadu district, which includes infrastructure projects and effective utilization of central funds.
