UltraTech Cement Q1 Profit Rises 17%
UltraTech Cement, a big company that makes cement, recently shared its financial results for the first three months of the year 2026-27.
They made a lot more money compared to the same time last year.
Their profit went up by 17%, and their total income also increased by 16%.
This is partly because they bought another company called Birla White WallCare Private Limited.
The results show that the company is doing well and growing.
However, it's important to note that the numbers aren't exactly the same as last year because of this new acquisition.
The company also sold more cement and used less energy, which helped them save money.
They are planning to build more plants and use even more clean energy in the future.
UltraTech Cement reported a 17.04% increase in net profit to ₹2,599.28 crore for Q1 FY 2026-27.
Revenue from operations rose by 15.85% to ₹24,648.20 crore.
Total income increased to ₹24,778.47 crore, while total expenses rose to ₹21,286.19 crore.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹88.36.
The results are not directly comparable to the previous period due to the acquisition of Birla White WallCare Private Limited.
