Bihar's 'Backless Saturday' Typo Sparks Education Department Criticism

Bihar's 'Backless Saturday' Typo Sparks Education Department Criticism

The Bihar government in India announced a new initiative called 'Bagless Safe Saturday' and 'Anandiya (joyful) Saturday' to make school more fun for students.

However, the notice they sent out had a big mistake: it said 'Backless Saturday' instead of 'Bagless Saturday'.

This mistake made headlines and a politician named Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh criticized the education department for making such a basic error.

He also questioned why schools have classes on Saturdays and suggested making Saturdays half-days or holidays.

The initiative includes activities like cleaning the school, special awareness sessions, and other fun activities, but the typo has overshadowed the good intentions behind it.
