Amit Shah Launches World's Largest Curd Plant

The world's largest curd production plant is being built in West Bengal.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah started the project, which costs ₹700 crore.

The plant will process 30 lakh litres of milk daily and make 1,000 metric tonnes of curd.

It will also package milk, make ice cream, paneer, ghee, sweets, and flavoured milk.

Over 1.25 lakh milk farmers, including 30,000 women, are part of this project.

Shah will also give certificates to new cooperative societies and launch a digital portal for them.

He will review the law and order situation and inaugurate a new museum.

The project includes building warehouses and expanding mobility services in the state.
