IBPS Revises RRB Recruitment 2026 Vacancies to 13,757 Posts
IBPS has changed the number of jobs available in its 2026 Regional Rural Bank recruitment.
There are now 13,757 announced vacancies.
The largest group is Office Assistant, with 8,222 jobs.
Officer Scale I has 4,256 jobs.
Other positions include specialist officer roles and Officer Scale III.
IBPS says these numbers are only estimates and could change later.
The exam dates have not changed because of the vacancy revision.
Office Assistant exams begin in December 2026, while some officer exams take place in November and December 2026.
IBPS has increased the revised total vacancies for RRB Recruitment 2026 to 13,757 posts.
Office Assistant has 8,222 vacancies, while Officer Scale I has 4,256 vacancies.
Officer Scale II vacancies include general banking and specialist posts in IT, accounting, law, treasury, marketing and agriculture.
The revised vacancy figures are indicative and may change based on participating Regional Rural Banks’ requirements.
The examination schedule remains unchanged, with Officer Scale I prelims on November 21 and 22, 2026.
