Three people were allegedly tricked in separate online scams.

One woman searched online for Amazon’s customer-care number after her orders were cancelled.

She called a fake number and shared her credit-card details with someone pretending to be a customer-service worker.

Four unauthorized transactions then took ₹2,96,239 from her credit card.

A man was promised money for completing simple tasks on Telegram.

He paid ₹27,000 but never received the promised earnings.

Another woman received a late-night phone call and allegedly lost ₹68,000 from her bank account.
