Himachal Assembly Rejects Governor's Bill Changes
The Himachal Pradesh state government is trying to pass a law about agriculture.
The Governor, who has to approve all laws, asked for some changes to be made to it.
The people in charge of making laws, the Vidhan Sabha, decided they didn't want to change the law and voted to pass it as it was.
They are now sending the law back to the Governor to see if he will agree to it this time, even though he didn't agree to it before.
They are following rules about how to make laws and trying to get everything approved so the new law can take effect.
