IPO Subscription Frenzy: Austere Systems and Amanta Healthcare

Two companies, Austere Systems and Amanta Healthcare, are offering shares to the public in what is known as an IPO.

Austere Systems, a software development company, is offering shares at ₹52-55 each.

Amanta Healthcare, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, is offering shares at ₹120-126.

Both companies' IPOs have seen significant interest, with Amanta Healthcare being booked 82.58 times and Austere Systems 7.04 times on the first day.

The expected listing price for Austere Systems is ₹72.

Amanta Healthcare expects to list on September 9.

Money raised from these IPOs will be used to expand their businesses.
