US and Iran Plan Oslo Meeting to Restart Nuclear Talks
The US and Iran might have a meeting in Oslo to talk about nuclear stuff.
This would be the first time they've talked directly since the US did something that upset Iran.
They will probably talk about how much special uranium Iran has, which is a key part of nuclear weapons.
Also, they will discuss if Iran will let inspectors from the IAEA check their nuclear sites.
Iran is supposed to follow certain rules about nuclear weapons but recently stopped working with the inspectors.
However, Iran said they still plan to follow these rules.
US envoy Steve Witkoff plans to meet Iranian FM Araghchi in Oslo.
The meeting aims to restart nuclear talks.
No official confirmation or final date has been set.
If the meeting occurs, it would be the first direct talks since US strikes.
Key issue is Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile and IAEA cooperation.
