Stray Dog Attacks Injure Two Men in Ujjain; Residents Protest
Two people in a city called Ujjain were hurt by stray dogs on Tuesday morning.
Stray dogs are dogs that do not have homes and live on the streets.
First, an elderly man was walking home after taking his grandchildren to school.
A dog jumped on him and hurt him badly.
He needed five stitches at the hospital.
A little while later, another man was sitting at home when a dog came inside.
When he tried to make the dog leave, it bit his thumb.
He had to stay in the district hospital because his injuries were serious.
People who live in the neighborhood say they have told the city office about these dogs many times.
The city office has not done anything yet, so the neighbors are scared and angry and say they will block the road if the dogs are not caught.
