X's New XChat Messaging With Bitcoin-Style Encryption
X is adding a new way to chat called XChat.
It will use a special kind of encryption, like the one used with Bitcoin, to keep your messages private.
You'll be able to send all sorts of files and make audio or video calls.
The messages can also be set to disappear after a certain time.
This is part of X's plan to make the platform more useful for its subscribers and do even more things.
X is launching XChat, a new direct messaging feature.
XChat will use Bitcoin-style encryption for secure communication.
Key features include vanishing messages, file sharing, and audio/video calls.
XChat is built using the Rust programming language.
