Marine Police Warn Fishermen as Low-Pressure System Approaches Coast

Marine police told fishermen to stay out of the sea for three to four days.

A low-pressure weather system may form over the North Andaman Sea.

It may move toward the coasts of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

The system could become stronger and make the sea rough.

Fishermen who are already at sea should return to safety as soon as possible.

They should only go fishing again after officials say the weather is normal.

The police said protecting fishermen and their families is more important than fishing during the warning.

The advice is meant to help everyone stay safe.
