Babar Azam Scores Fifty, Test Century Wait Continues
Babar Azam is a famous cricket batter from Pakistan.
He scored fifty runs against England in a Test match.
This was helpful because he had made low scores earlier in the series.
However, he has not scored 100 runs in a Test match since December 2022.
His last century was 161 runs against New Zealand.
Since 2023, his batting numbers have been lower than before.
Pakistan hopes he can turn this fifty into a very large score.
Fans are still waiting for his next Test century.
Babar Azam scored a half-century for Pakistan in the third Test against England at Edgbaston.
He had made 8 and 6 at Lord’s before scoring 7 in Pakistan’s first innings at Edgbaston.
Babar’s last Test century was 161 against New Zealand in Karachi in December 2022.
From 2023 onward, he has scored 1,050 Test runs at an average of 29.16 without a century.
