AISATS Introduces Simulators for Ground Handling Training
AISATS, a company that helps airlines with things like check-in and loading luggage, is starting to use special machines called simulators to train its workers.
These simulators let workers practice things like boarding passengers and loading cargo in a safe, controlled environment.
This is the first time a company in India is using simulators for this kind of training.
AISATS works at eight airports and has about 16,000 employees.
They recently started working at Kochi airport and are also building a big cargo hub at Noida airport.
The company got a special safety certificate from the government last year.
AISATS is introducing simulators for ground handling training, a first in India.
The simulators will help staff practice aircraft turnaround, docking, and safety scenarios.
