Trump to Present Science and Technology Medals at White House

President Donald Trump will give out two major U.S. awards for science and technology on Thursday.

The ceremony will take place at the White House during a summit about science and innovation.

Elon Musk, Sergey Brin, Jensen Huang and Lisa Su will receive the National Medal of Science.

Michael Dell and Satya Nadella will receive the National Medal of Technology and Innovation.

The summit will bring together scientists and technology leaders to talk about new discoveries, artificial intelligence and investment.

The White House says the honorees help the United States lead in innovation.

This will be the first time Trump has personally presented either medal during his administrations.

Musk and Trump had a public falling-out last year, but reports say their relationship has improved.
