ED Notices Two Accused in Vivekananda Reddy Murder Probe
The Enforcement Directorate is investigating money connected to the murder case of former minister Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy.
It sent notices to two people accused in the case.
They must answer questions on September 27 and 28.
Another accused, Sunil Yadav, was questioned for nearly nine hours.
The agency also looked at bank account information belonging to him and his wife.
A person who became an approver, Shaikh Dastagiri, has already been questioned.
Investigators are examining claims that ₹40 crore was promised for the murder and ₹1 crore was paid in advance.
They want to know whether any of this money moved through illegal money-laundering transactions.

Erra Gangireddy was directed to appear on September 27, while Umashankar Reddy was summoned for September 28.
The ED questioned accused Sunil Yadav for nearly nine hours and obtained details of his and his wife’s bank accounts.
The agency has also questioned approver Shaikh Dastagiri, who allegedly received ₹1 crore as an advance payment.
The probe is examining an alleged ₹40 crore murder contract and whether related funds were routed through money laundering transactions.
