Hyderabad Cycle Rally Raises Awareness Against Drug Abuse
A cycle rally took place in Hyderabad to raise awareness about drug abuse.
Inspector Srinivas Rao of EAGLE Force flagged it off.
The Akshara Spoorthi Foundation organised the rally as part of a nationwide campaign.
BJP MP Dr. K. Laxman also participated.
He said preventing drug abuse is everyone’s responsibility.
That includes government agencies, schools, voluntary groups, parents and the public.
EAGLE Force director Sandeep Shandilya said the programme showed the agency’s work in enforcement, intelligence and awareness.
Participants asked people to share drug-related information by calling 1908.
