Imagine there were people who had done bad things and were hiding from the police for a very long time, some for up to 10 years!
Recently, the head of the police told all the officers that they needed to catch these hiding people.
So, all the police in Bhopal started working extra hard.
In just two weeks, they managed to find and arrest 35 of these people who had been hiding.
They caught people who were involved in fights, stealing, and other crimes.
The police said they will keep looking until everyone who is hiding is caught.
Bhopal police have arrested 35 absconders with pending permanent warrants in the past 15 days.
The arrests follow strict directives from the Police Headquarters due to delays in apprehending wanted individuals.
Accused were wanted for various crimes including assault, extortion, rioting, theft, gambling, Arms Act, Excise Act, and cheque bounce.
Some individuals had been evading arrest for up to a decade.
