Amit Shah Promises Ahmedabad Flood Protection Against 30-Inch Rainfall
Amit Shah held a public meeting in Ahmedabad after serious flooding in July.
He said the area received about 21–22 inches of rain.
That amount of rain caused water to enter homes and roads to flood.
Shah promised better systems so homes would stay dry even after 30 inches of rain.
