Sun Pharma Inks Global Licensing Deal With LIB Therapeutics For PCSK9 Inhibitor · freepressjournal.in

Sun Pharma has made a deal to sell and make a cholesterol medicine called lerodalcibep in many parts of the world.

The deal does not include the United States or China.

The medicine is given as one injection each month.

It helps lower LDL cholesterol, often called bad cholesterol.

In the European Union, it is sold as Lyrokaul.

In the United States, it is sold as Lerochol, but Sun Pharma does not have rights there under this deal.

LIB will receive an upfront payment, future milestone payments and royalties from sales.
