MCA Extends FY25 Filing Deadline to January 31, 2026

The original deadline was December 31, 2025, but it has been moved to January 31, 2026.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is happy with this decision, saying it will help both companies and professionals.
The extension means that companies can file these important documents without having to pay extra fees.
