BRC, VMentor.ai And Sarathi.ai Partner To Modernize Indian Leadership
Three organisations in India are working together to bring traditional Indian knowledge into modern workplaces.
This knowledge includes ideas about leadership, ethics, learning and how organisations work.
The Bhaktivedanta Research Center will provide research and scholarship.
VMentor.ai will turn those ideas into programmes for leaders and organisations.
Sarathi.ai will create practical lessons and coaching for employees and frontline workers.
The programmes may cover decision-making, workplace culture and better performance.
The partners want the ideas to be useful in everyday work, not only in academic discussions.
They signed their agreement at the ISKCON Temple in Juhu, Mumbai.
Bhaktivedanta Research Center, VMentor.ai and Sarathi.ai signed a strategic partnership to apply Indian Knowledge Systems to modern workplaces.
The partners will combine research, organisational transformation and technology-enabled frontline learning.
