Gurugram Seals Four DLF Phase 3 Buildings Over Alleged Violations
Officials inspected buildings in Gurugram’s DLF Phase-3 area.
They said four buildings had unauthorised construction or commercial activities.
In one building, parking space had been turned into rooms and other facilities.
The rules do not allow stilt parking areas to be enclosed and used this way.
Officials used bulldozers to remove those structures.
They also sealed some paying guest accommodations and guest houses.
A stretch of road space was cleared of alleged encroachments.
The owners said the builder had created and sold the extra space, but they could no longer contact him.
Four buildings in Gurugram’s DLF Phase-3 were sealed for allegedly unauthorised construction and commercial activities.
The enforcement team found rooms and facilities built in about 500 square metres of stilt parking space.
Officials demolished the enclosed stilt-area structures using bulldozers.
Unauthorised paying guest accommodations and guest houses were also sealed during the drive.
Officials cleared alleged encroachments along approximately 1.5 kilometres of the Right of Way.
