Telangana RERA Hands Over Stalled Housing Project to Homebuyers

Imagine you paid for a toy that a company promised to build for you by a certain date, but they never finished it.

You and the other kids who also paid are very upset.

A special 'rule maker' for housing projects, called RERA, stepped in.

RERA told the company they couldn't finish the toy and gave the job to you and your friends.

Now, you and the other buyers will work together to finish building your homes.

A group will watch to make sure everything is built correctly.

This is to help people who bought homes and didn't get them, and to make sure companies don't cheat people anymore.
