PM Kisan Yojana: Eligibility for Next Instalment
The PM Kisan Yojana is a government program in India that helps farmers by giving them money.
Each year, eligible farmers receive Rs 6,000, given in three payments of Rs 2,000 each.
The last payment, the 20th instalment, gave out Rs 20,500 crores to over 9.7 crore farmers.
Farmers are now waiting for the 21st instalment.
To get the money, you must own farmland registered in your name before February 1, 2019, and have a bank account linked to your Aadhaar and NPCI.
However, some farmers aren't eligible, such as those with family members who already receive benefits or those who don't own farmland.
The PM Kisan Yojana provides financial aid to eligible farmers.
Farmers receive Rs 6,000 annually, in three instalments.
The 20th instalment saw over 9.7 crore farmers receive funds.
Farmers await the 21st instalment of the PM Kisan scheme.
