Third Wave Coffee Raises ₹408 Crore to Expand Nationwide

Third Wave Coffee is a company that runs cafés and sells food in India.

It has raised ₹408 crore to help grow its business.

WestBridge Capital led the investment, with Creagis and other investors also participating.

The company currently has more than 240 cafés.

It hopes to have 320 cafés by the end of the fiscal year.

It plans to open cafés in more cities and become stronger in places where it already operates.

Some of the money will also be used to expand its dessert business, called Third Rush Desserts.

The company says it wants to grow carefully while keeping its cafés financially healthy and providing customers with a consistent experience.
