Radio Professionals Discuss Child Rights, Environment, and Play
Imagine radio DJs and producers getting together to talk about kids and the planet!
They met for a workshop to learn about important things.
One topic was how to stop plastic from polluting our world, because it's harmful to the environment and even gets into our food and water.
The other topic was about letting kids play every day, because it helps them learn and grow.
They made radio shows and ads about these ideas.
The goal is to make people aware and help children.
It’s all about helping kids stay healthy and the earth too.
Radio professionals gathered for a workshop on child rights organized by UNICEF India.
The workshop focused on World Environment Day and International Day of Play.
Participants discussed ending plastic pollution and promoting the importance of play for children.
The workshop included creating radio content such as talk shows and PSAs.
Content created will be eligible for the Radio4Child Awards.
