Central Railway Announces Mega Block for August 24
The Central Railway is doing important work on its tracks on August 24th, so some trains will be affected.
Between Matunga and Mulund, trains on the slow tracks will run on the fast tracks and be about 15 minutes late.
Also, trains on the Trans-Harbour line between Thane and Vashi/Nerul will not run during the work.
This is needed to keep the railway safe and working well.
Central Railway will conduct a Mega Block on August 24, 2025.
The block will affect slow lines between Matunga and Mulund from 11:05 to 15:55 hrs.
Down slow line services from CSMT will be diverted on the fast line, delayed by 15 minutes.
Up slow line services from Thane will be diverted on the fast line, delayed by 15 minutes.
Trans-Harbour line services between Thane and Vashi/Nerul will be suspended from 11:10 to 16:10 hrs.
