Gold Rises in India Amid Global Market Trends
Gold prices went up a little bit.
In New Delhi, it cost Rs 100 more for 10 grams of gold.
Silver prices stayed the same.
Around the world, gold prices also increased a small amount.
This happened partly because the value of the dollar went down a bit, and because of worries about what's happening in the world, especially with Russia.
People who buy and sell gold are waiting to see some important numbers from the US, which might help them decide if prices will go up or down.
Gold prices in New Delhi increased by Rs 100 to Rs 98,770 per 10 grams.
Silver prices remained flat at Rs 1,10,500 per kilogram.
Spot gold rose by 0.37% to USD 3,351.53 per ounce in global markets.
The rise in gold prices was influenced by a weaker dollar index and geopolitical concerns.
Traders await US macroeconomic data for further guidance on bullion prices.
