Anupama Parameswaran recalls 'narcissistic abuse' in past relationship

Anupama Parameswaran is an actress who bravely talked about a hard time in her life.

She said that a past relationship was unkind and called it 'narcissistic abuse.'

At times the person wanted to end the relationship, but two days later said he could not live without her.

This made Anupama feel very sad, and she said she cried every single night for hours.

Her body became sick from all the worry and fear.

She had panic attacks and anxiety attacks, and sometimes she had blackouts.

She lost a lot of weight, would throw up, and did not want to eat.

Her right eye started twitching, and a gland near her eye got swollen, so she needed surgery.

Anupama did not name the person, but people on social media guessed it was her movie co-star Dhruv Vikram.

She shared her story in a conversation with Dhanya Varma.
