Adani Electricity distributes garments, boosts monsoon readiness in Mumbai
Adani Electricity is a big company that gives electricity to people in Mumbai.
It wants to help people who do not have much.
The company asked its workers to donate clothes for underprivileged communities.
More than 2,500 workers gave a lot of clothes.
These clothes were given to families living in settlements like Moracha Pada in Aarey Colony.
The rainy season, called the monsoon, is coming to Mumbai.
Heavy rain and floods can damage power lines and cause emergencies.
So Adani Electricity prepared special teams and a control centre that works day and night.
It also put water sensors in places that might flood.
This helps keep the power on for the company's 3.15 million customers during the storms.

Adani Electricity activated its Central Disaster Control Centre (CDCC), which will operate round-the-clock throughout the monsoon season.
Seven Quick Response Teams (QRTs) were deployed, and 98 water level sensors were integrated with the Advanced Distribution Management System.
Pre-monsoon measures included elevating equipment in low-lying areas and positioning essential materials, emergency vehicles, and diesel generators.
