Pant Urges India To Lift Energy As Sri Lanka Fights Back

India made a very big score in the first innings of the Test match.

Sri Lanka scored 290, so India made them bat again immediately.

This is called a follow-on.

Sri Lanka then played much better in its second innings.

By lunch on the fifth day, Sri Lanka had scored 329 runs for six wickets.

India still needed to take the remaining wickets to try to win.

Rishabh Pant encouraged his teammates to stay energetic and show stronger body language.

His message meant that the players had to keep working hard because no outside help would come onto the field.
