Chouhan Sets Five‑Year Agriculture Roadmap in Dewas
Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a minister in India, met with local officials in the town of Dewas.

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan chaired a Disha meeting in Dewas to review development schemes.
He outlined a five‑year plan to modernise agriculture via expansion of ATMA and KVK, training 100 farmers per constituency and 500 district‑wide.
The minister targeted doubling 'Lakhpati Didis' and improving women's access to bank loans through the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
He directed rapid completion of water‑conservation, road, and electrification projects, including Narmada Development Authority and Jal Nigam pipelines.
Health goals included making Dewas TB‑free and extending Ayushman Bharat coverage to seniors over 70.
