South Central Railway Intensifies Water Quality Vigil at Warangal Stations

Railway officials are checking whether drinking water is safe at Kazipet and Warangal stations.

They also checked water in nearby railway colonies.

From September 9 to September 15, they tested 225 water samples.

The tests looked for chlorine levels and harmful E. coli bacteria.

Officials said none of the samples were contaminated.

Dr. Nirmala Rajaram inspected the arrangements at Kazipet station.

She found the chlorine level satisfactory.

Officials were told to clean water tanks and keep testing regularly.

The railway is continuing to monitor the water supply.
