Bullion Trader Dies Of Heart Attack During Yoga In Ashoknagar

A man named Narendra Soni, who was a bullion trader, died suddenly while doing yoga in a park in Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh.

He was doing a yoga exercise called Surya Namaskar when he collapsed.

People tried to help him, but he didn't respond.

The police took him to the hospital, but the doctors said he had died.

The doctors think he had a heart attack, which is when the heart stops working suddenly.

This is the second time someone has died of a heart attack in the same park.

The first time was last year.

Doctors say that doing exercise in the cold morning can be risky because it can put extra pressure on the heart.

They advise people to wear warm clothes and warm up their bodies before exercising in the morning.
