Delhi Man Arrested for Alleged Murder of Neighbor
Sumit, a man from Delhi, was arrested for killing his neighbor, Kapil Dahiya, who was 19 years old.
The police found Dahiya's partially burned body near a flyover on June 29th.
Sumit confessed to the crime after being caught in Haridwar.
He said he killed Dahiya because Dahiya had been threatening and abusing him.
Police have also found evidence and are looking for Sumit's accomplices and Dahiya's phone.
Sumit is in police custody as the investigation continues.
