Pichai Defends Google's AI Strategy Amid Delays

Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Alphabet, which owns Google, had a meeting with investors to talk about how Google is doing with its AI technology.

Some investors are worried because Google delayed the release of a new AI model called Gemini 3.5 Pro.

They think Google might be falling behind other companies like OpenAI and Anthropic.

Pichai said that Google is still doing well and is working on a new model called Gemini 4, which will be very advanced.

He also talked about other new models like Gemini 3.6 Flash, which is faster and better at coding.

He said Google is very committed to staying at the top of AI technology.

Even though Google's cloud services are growing a lot, investors are still worried about the delays and some executives leaving the company.

The stock price has gone down a bit because of these concerns.
