CJP sacks spokesperson Vijeta Dahiya over burger video

Vijeta Dahiya, a former spokesperson for the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), was fired by the party's founder, Abhijeet Dipke, after a video of him eating a burger during a protest went viral.

Dahiya was preparing to join a protest at Jantar Mantar when Dipke called him and asked him not to come.

Dipke told Dahiya that his actions were deeply insensitive and that it would be better for the movement if he resigned.

Dahiya felt betrayed as he had defended Dipke in the past and expected support from him.

The CJP condemned Dahiya's actions, stating that they were unacceptable and inconsistent with the party's values.

Dahiya was also heckled by some protesters who questioned why he was not at the protest with them.
