Steel Bridge Launched at Huri, Restoring Arunachal Border Link
A big steel bridge was just put in place in a small village called Huri in India.
The bridge is part of a road that connects the village to the rest of the state.
A big flood in July broke the old bridge, so people and supplies couldn't get through.
The new bridge will let cars, trucks, and people travel again.
The Border Roads Task Force built it, and it should be finished by early August.
This will help keep the border area safe and connected.
Border Roads Task Force launched a steel bridge at Huri village, Arunachal Pradesh.
The bridge restores connectivity after a July 13 flood destroyed the 66‑metre bailey bridge.
Launch supervised by BRTF Officer Sandeep Tiwari in coordination with district administration.
Remaining work to finish within 3–4 days; road will reopen for all vehicles.
Deputy Commissioner Cheechung Chukhu expects full completion by the first week of August.
