Bodo Groups Protest, Demand Peace Accord Implementation
Bodo groups in Assam are upset and protesting because they want the government to keep its promises from the Bodo Peace Accord.
They want the government to finish setting up a council for Bodo people and hold elections.
They also want special help, like money for development and giving Bodo people the same rights as other tribal groups.
More than ten thousand people came to a protest to show they want these things.
The groups say they'll protest even harder if the government doesn't listen to them soon.
