CISF guards gave the flag a special salute, followed by a parade of security staff, school students and young NCC cadets.

The plant's top officer, Mr. Chandan Kumar Samanta, gave a speech about freedom, responsibility and building the nation.

Some girls received new bicycles from the company's charity (CSR) programme as a gift.

People enjoyed cultural dances and an aero show, and prizes were given to the best performers and employees.

Later, the leaders visited Dhanwantari Hospital and gave fruits to patients there.
