Mumbai-Bengaluru Expressway Set to Drastically Cut Travel Times
India is building a new super-fast road to link Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
It will make the drive from Mumbai to Pune just 90 minutes, and from Pune to Bengaluru about five hours.
The government is investing a lot of money in this project to make it easier and faster for people and goods to travel.
The new expressway will also help the economy grow by making it easier to transport things.
A high-speed expressway is under construction connecting Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.
Travel time between Mumbai and Pune is estimated at approximately 90 minutes.
The expressway will enable travel from Pune to Bengaluru in roughly five hours.
The Pune-Bengaluru Expressway is part of a ₹40,000 crore investment.
The new highway will feature two emergency airstrips, 55 flyovers and 22 interchanges.
