DKG Landcorp Acquires Six Acres for Mohali Mixed-Use Project
DKG Landcorp bought six more acres of land in Mohali.
The new land is next to the company’s existing 6.28-acre property.
Together, the company now controls about 12.28 acres near Airport Chowk.
The area is close to Chandigarh International Airport.
The company wants to build a mixed-use project there.
This means the project could include homes, shops, hospitality spaces and wellness facilities.
DKG Landcorp has hired Studio Symbiosis to design it.
The company has also proposed a large clubhouse with recreation and wellness facilities.

DKG Landcorp completed the acquisition of an adjoining six-acre parcel in Block E, GMADA Aerocity, on August 20, 2026.
